Work Schedule: Onsite (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Central Time

Join Our Team as a Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)

If so, we're looking for you! As a Patient Services Representative II, you'll play a vital role in our healthcare team by accurately collecting and processing blood samples.
You'll interact directly with patients, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, following established procedures. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and building trust. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency with keyboard and data entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
