Are you a dedicated Phlebotomist with exceptional customer service skills?

Responsibilities: Draw blood samples accurately and efficiently from patients of all ages. Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain a safe and professional environment. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining procedures, addressing patient concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Demonstrate leadership behaviors, focus on process excellence, and maintain confidentiality. Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and other team members.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2+ years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively. Proficiency in keyboard/data entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
