Your daily work will include but not limited to: conducting quality control inspections, printing photo orders, packaging and boxing photo orders, educating in-store customers, and contributing to a team that takes pride in doing excellent work.

You will be packaging online and in-store photo print orders. You will be shipping photo orders. We will have opportunities for growth that are tailored to your skills and our business' needs.
Part Time: 30 hours/week; ideal candidates would be able to have a "flex" schedule, and work at least 35 hours/week (can choose to work up to 40 hrs/week) during sale weeks and peak holiday times. 3-4 Afternoon Shifts every week: Must work two Saturdays a month from 10 AM - 4:30 PM, additional 12-6:30 PM shift of employee's choice Mon-Friday. Can be flexible on start time, but shifts cannot start any later than 1 PM. Closed Sun & Holidays Pay Rate: Trainees begin at $14/hr, passing two performance certifications are required in the first 90 days. Passing each certification earns you a $0.50 raise, so you will earn $15/hr at 3 months. Anticipate successful candidates to certify for third and final certification level to earn $15.50/hr after 6 months of employment. Can earn raises earlier, depends on individual's readiness.
