Position Title: Photographer/Videographer

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Employment Status: Full-Time or Part-Time, Seasonal

Job Summary:

The Photographer/Videographer is an integral part of Brundage Mountain Resort's marketing team and is responsible for creating original, professional-quality photography and video content to promote the Brundage brand and support the resort's marketing and sales initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create professional-quality photography and video content that supports the resort's marketing and sales goalsProduce content that aligns with the resort's values and brand standardsCollaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager to strategically plan and execute content, projects, and marketing campaignsAssist the marketing team with social media management and engagementAssist the marketing team with projects and tasks as requiredRegularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill marketing and content needs in all business unitsDocument internal and external resort activities and events as requiredFollow the marketing team's defined processes for file saving, file organization, and naming conventions; maintain a high attention to detailRegularly engage with guests, Brundage staff, and volunteers; be a recognizable, friendly face on the mountainSchedule, coordinate, and produce photography and video shoots as required; source and schedule models, and manage model comp tickets and passesSeek and build new model/influencer relationships in the communityMaintain all photo and video equipment and facilitate repairs or replacements as necessary Job Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderAssociate's degree or equivalent preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in photography and videography preferredPortfolio required; must demonstrate proven ability to produce professional contentProficient with photography and video editing softwareStrong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills Other Requirements: Expert skiing or snowboarding ability requiredIntermediate or better mountain biking ability preferredAbility to safely carry up to 30lbs of equipment while skiing or snowboardingMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAttend on-mountain and off-mountain eventsMust have a team player mindset, ability to be flexible and to wear many hats
