Job Description:
Nationwide Studios has an immediate opening for a Photography Manager.
This position will oversee a team of Photographers and handle the finances of a given territory.
This Photography Manager will analyze and respond to issues and challenges within your territory.
You will communicate with internal personnel to best handle any issues that may arise.
You will manage expenses, scheduling, disciplinary action, product delivery and local training.

Medical, Dental and Vision 401KPTO/Holiday PayAnd so much more Qualifications Your duties will include: Coordinate and schedule Photographers and Photographer Assistants for photoshoots at schools Assure all schedules including sports are properly entered in our customer relationship management software (CRM)Upload images for yearbooks through various publishing sitesCoordinate and execute training plan for Photographers and Photographer AssistantsInventory control of all existing photography equipment and order new equipment when neededManage labor costs, approve hours and customer expensesRecruit, interview and recommend Photographers and Photographer Assistants for positions within the territoryManage Photographers from empowering them to using progressive discipline, including firing when needed Create accountability and communication plan for territory personnel utilizing Microsoft Office 365 group chat software called TEAMsVisit photoshoots and photograph as neededAlways provides the highest level of customer service The skills and experience required for this position include: Basic photography knowledgeStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookProficient typing skillsAbove average organizational and time management skillsMust have reliable transportation, auto insurance and a valid driver's licenseMust have reliable internet and able to use TEAMs on a mobile deviseThe ability to build solid relationships with customersStrong and engaging phone voice with clear presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
