We look forward to finding the right opportunity for you in your life.*Overview: ** *Setting: *OP, IP, HH* *Total Pay Package:* Starting at $1400 per week* *Guarantee:* 40-hour weekly guarantee* *Schedule:?* Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm/9:00-5:30 – No weekends, holidays or call* *Start Date:*?09/30/2024* *Length:* 13 weeks*Responsibilities: ** Providing supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations* Evaluating patients starting physical therapy* Facilitating rehabilitation of patients by providing treatment and plans* Performing therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities* Helping patients in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses* Reviewing the patient's progress and adapting the treatment accordingly* Assuring continuation of therapeutic plan by providing home exercise programs, along with recommending and/or providing supportive equipment* Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls* Authenticating, preparing, and submitting of documentation, ensuring confidentiality of all records, per HIPAA guidelines*Qualifications: ** Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapist Assistant* Valid state Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure* CPR Certification* Valid driver's license* Must be able to pass a background check* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Experience with pediatrics and pelvic floor preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply*Benefits: ** Health, Dental, Life, Short-Term Disability, and Vision insurance options* 401k with employer contribution* 6 paid holidaysExtensive Professional Development program including:* Unlimited CE courses through MedBridge* Residency programs through Evidence in Motion with employer contribution* Financial assistance for specialty certifications* Mentorship program to support you no matter where you areWhy Work with Us?
