About the PositionWe are currently seeking a physical therapist (PT) and/or physical therapist assistant (PTA) to join our team.
(Full-time or PRN)

Duties: Provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment plans (PT)Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and goals (PT)Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careEducate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-careExperience: Experience working in a healthcare setting preferredExperience working with geriatric patients is a plusFamiliarity with rehab/outpatient settingsJoin our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
