Current or pending PTA license Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program Completed 2000 hours under direct supervision CPR certified This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
