Physical Therapist Center Manager Outpatient

$10,000 Relocation Package Available Sign on Up to $15,000 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Center Manager Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team.
As a Physical Therapist at VibrantCare, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries, as well as improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to restore function, alleviate discomfort, and enhance overall well-being.
Manage all employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Human Resource Policy and Procedures; seek assistance of Human Resources when needed.
Assist in developing fiscal budgets for center.
Assist in the development and implementation of center-specific strategic plan, including marketing/sales plans for referrals.
Responsible for achieving the plan; overseeing center staff participation in plan to ensure success.
Ensure strong physician and payer relations, coordinate implementation of clinical specialty programs as requested by the customer.
Maintain responsibility for ensuring center profitability.
Interprets financial statements and performance metrics to develops strategic plans and address underperforming areas.
Manage Aide staff and hold them accountable for delivering highest quality customer service and scheduling of patients.
Ensure clinical team delivers the highest quality clinical care.
Provide patient care skills development opportunities for clinical staff as appropriate.
Recommend staff for recognition.
Required Credentials: Graduation from a physical therapist or Occupational Therapy education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or, in the case of an internationally educated physical therapist, from a non-CAPTE accredited program seeking licensure as a physical therapist, a substantially equivalent education; State licensure/registration where applicable.
