We are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC.
As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in need.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Provide treatment to patients using various modalities and techniques
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy
Current licensure and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
