Where Career Fulfillment and Work-Life Integration Meet Outdoor Adventure in The Natural Wonder of Northern Arizona North Country Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Grand Canyon and Williams clinic. North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing integrative care in an inclusive culture. We treat some of the most vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North Country's mission. We are proud of our Family Medicine Physician Residency, our medical education programs, and our passionate team.

Williams is a town of 3000 people located in a high pine forest less than an hour's drive from Grand Canyon National Park, Flagstaff, and Sedona. Locals enjoy visiting 8 national parks within a two-hour drive. Many residents enjoy a rural, outdoor-based lifestyle including hiking, mountain biking, snow and water sports. Williams offers a close-knit community, retaining its individual small-town character and a 35-min drive from Flagstaff.
