You will be providing physical therapy services to clients in their homes in accordance with the Plan of Care and Agency policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist performs functions that require substantially specialized knowledge, judgment and skill.TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDSRequires a full range of body motion including the handling and lifting of patients. Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination required. Occasionally will lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or greater.
