They document patient care and educate and inform patients and referring providers on the outlined plan of care. The Physical Therapist plays a critical role in helping patients recover from physical injuries or conditions and improving their quality of life.What you bring to the table:EducationGraduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.ExperiencePrefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.Licenses/CertificationsCurrent and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state.Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.What you will do:Develops and implements rehabilitation programs for patients in accordance with physicians plan of treatment.Collaborates with physicians and clinical team to obtain patient information and revise treatment plans as necessary.Instructs and assists patients in non-manual exercises, and administers manual therapeutic exercises.Maintains daily progress notes and follows Company documentation procedures.Provides feedback and education to patients on their progress and treatment plan.What you bring to the table:EducationGraduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
