Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval.
Treat patients according to prescribed plans and monitor progress.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state regulations.
Assist in training Restorative Aides and support discharge planning.
Document evaluations, progress notes, and recertifications per regulations.
Provide training for families and caregivers to ensure smooth discharge.
Attend care conferences, participate in staff training, and recommend medical equipment.
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
