We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent future injuries.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Experience in an outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
