Your goals will be to help patients recover through compassionate, effective treatment, leadership, and collaboration with your team.*Key Responsibilities*:- *Patient Care & Treatment*: Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments. Establish effective treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and related modalities.- *Documentation & Billing*: Maintain accurate, compliant, and ethical documentation and billing.- *Leadership*: Lead and manage a team of PTs, PTAs, and technicians. Set clear goals and work with your team to achieve them. Help generate new patient appointments and plans of care (POCs).*Competency Requirements*:- *Certifications*: Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas. Preferred certifications include orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, pelvic floor, and strength training.- *Technical Expertise*: Accurate in diagnostics, and implementation of evidence-based, effective treatment techniques.- *Communication Skills*: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.- *Leadership*: Be a role model with a strong work ethic. Assist with community education workshops.
