Physical Therapist As part of our dynamic team, we are looking for a committed and compassionate Physical Therapist. It is essential that the candidate has a passion for improving patients' quality of life through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. In your role as a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Evaluate the physical capabilities and limitations of patients.
Plan treatment according to the needs and goals of each patient.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state Physical Therapist license.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in addition to collaborating in a team environment.
Commitment to patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
