Center for Physical Therapy & Exercise is growing and looking to hire a passionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in our brand new clinic located in Pelham, NH!
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise, you will provide quality, evidence-based and individualized programs of physical therapy that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being.
Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine and musculoskeletal diagnoses as well as vestibular and other conditions.
Your Typical Day Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, and consult with other specialists.
Review patients' functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development; Plans will include but are not limited to manual therapy, aquatic therapy, neuromuscular training, modalities and functional rehabilitation.
Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs; Promote patient's healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes• Document patient care services via EMR Direct the assistance of support staff as needed to achieve patients' functional goals Adhere to company policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards as required.
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops.
Provide direction and leadership to staff as required and act as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community Why CPTE?
