Physical Therapist

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (Clinician - PT). Responsibilities: Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.).
Evaluate and treat patients of all age and supervise assistants and aides.
Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payors.
Required Skills & Abilities: Team player with leadership abilities.
Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.
License/Certification: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist program.
State licensure/registration as required.
Active CPR certification.
