Physical Therapist

EKA Healthcare is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. He/she will administer medication, monitor and record patient progress, and educate families and the patient as needed. 
The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency and experience while assisting the patient. This critical role assists in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.
Summary Department: Physical Therapy
Shift Timings:  08:00 - 16:30 Hours Monday to friday (5 days/8 Hours)
Per Week: 40 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities ?Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition. Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family. Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient. Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel. ?PT with SNF experience needed Some holidays and one weekend a month?? Required Skills
