What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a critical role in improving patients' lives by restoring mobility and independence.
Here's a closer look at what your day-to-day will involve:
Patient Assessments & Care Plans:
Conduct detailed evaluations for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Develop individualized care plans tailored to the patient's needs and recovery goals.
Therapy & Treatment Delivery: Provide hands-on therapy using proven techniques and modalities to enhance movement and function. Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
Collaborative Patient Care: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care. Involve patients and families in the care plan to empower them throughout the recovery journey.
Documentation & Equipment Management: Maintain clear and accurate records to meet hospital standards and billing requirements. Safely operate and maintain therapy equipment to ensure smooth and effective treatments.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Stay current with the latest trends and research in physical therapy. Manage multiple patients efficiently, staying flexible and organized under pressure.
Community Engagement: Participate in community programs or wellness initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles.

What We Offer Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 with receipts.
Housing: $900/month for the first three months.
Loan Repayment: $5,000/year for relevant education.

What You Need Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (baccalaureate, master's, or doctorate). DPT preferred, with national licensure exam passed.
Certification: Current BLS certification required.
Skills & Attributes: Expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills. Able to maintain a compassionate, patient-first approach. Organized, flexible, and calm under pressure.
