Thank you for your interest!There is a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for a full-time hire.Overview:Due to growth, Bone Joint is now hiring multiple full-time Physical Therapists for Outpatient Orthopedics focused positions in Mosinee, WI.Caseload / Patient Population:Physical Therapists see patients 1 on 1 for their entire treatment session, no passing of patients to an aide or doubling of patients. The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with around 50% post-op care, all ages. PTs are well respected in the organization and have the opportunity to collaborate with physicians on a regular basis so patients receive the best care possible.Patient Scheduling:PTs are scheduled for approximately 53 patients/wk, 45 min treatment sessions (including evals). Physical Therapists average about 9-10 patients/day due to cancellations. No use of aides.Work Hours:Enjoy excellent work/life balance with this full-time position. No weekends or holidays. Variable hours within Clinic operation times of 7am-6 pm, Monday-Friday.Job Requirements:• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.• Full-time is preferred.
