Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' functional mobility and develop individualized plans of care. Implement therapy interventions to promote patients' mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disabilities. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to facilitate rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on ongoing therapy exercises and strategies for home care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient treatment. Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Clinical experience in physical therapy, including internships or residencies. Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and educate patients and staff.
