Avera is currently seeking Physical Therapist (PT) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

 

Job Summary

Administers physical therapy treatments on in-patients, outpatients, swing bed patients and home health and pediatrics population in accordance with facility policies and accepted standards of practice for physical therapy to assist in the rehabilitation and restoration of body functions after illness and/or injury.

Education and/or Experience


Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program of the American Physical Therapy Association preferred


Licensure/Certification/Registration


Licensed by the State of Iowa as a Physical Therapist required.
Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter.


Work Schedule


Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (negotiable); 80 hours per 2 weeks


Pay


$35.00 - $53.00 per hour
