We are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Physical Therapists to work with adult and geriatric patients in the home health setting in the following areas: Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
Current therapist license issued by The State of Pennsylvania and a current CPR certificate.
Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation (we provide significant training as needed)
Reliable transportation

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Personal care component on a small percentage of patients
