Tufts Medicine Care at Home is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals and families in the community.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments, including physiological, psychological, and environmental factors, to develop effective care plans.
Utilize appropriate techniques and materials to provide safe and effective clinical procedures.
Exercise clinical judgment in providing care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Comply with OSHA regulations and infection control standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Encourage patient independence and promote self-growth and professional development.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary care providers to clarify care and increase awareness of significant changes in patient condition.
Participate in formal and informal case conferences to discuss patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
At least one year's experience as a registered therapist in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
