Physical Therapist - School Based Position

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing early intervention, preschool, and school-based services. We are seeking a part time Physical Therapist to provide school-based services in Millbrook, NY in Dutchess County. Essential duties and responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in an elementary school setting Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives. Complete session notes and progress reports as required Qualifications: M.A. or M.S. degree in Physical Therapy NYS License in Physical Therapy required. Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload Our mission is to provide the best possible services to children in their natural environments.
