Responsibilities: Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.Treatment Planning: Design and implement effective treatment strategies that address the specific needs of both inpatient and outpatient populations.Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises, and manual techniques to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for continued improvement and prevention.Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques through ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications: Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming.Experience: Previous experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred but not required.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required.#CH750
