Qualifications: Active PT License: Must be currently licensed in North Carolina.Education: Graduate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program/ ACOTE School/ ASHA School.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehab settings.Skills: Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Fully Vaccinated: COVID card and booster required.Recent Health Screening: Negative PPD within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable means of getting to work.Clean Criminal Background: Background check required. Responsibilities: Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.Provide Direct Care: Utilize therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve patients' physical function and mobility.Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.Educate Patients: Guide patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and maintain health.
