\nOnsite in office 2 days/week! What you'll be responsible for •Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide world class care to patients with common lung disorders including COPD, asthma and sleep apnea. • Care for patients in-clinic and via telehealth during normal business hours Monday-Friday (looking for 2 days/week in clinic, with some possible telehealth add on days!) • Establish care plan for each patient and supervise team based administration of the care plan • Explain the benefits of NuvoAir Medical's technology and team based model to patients and support regular engagement with our team. • Collaborate with referring physicians and other members of the care team This may be a fit if you have • A passion for innovation, and quality improvement • A willingness to build value in a new and innovative medical practice • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to be personable and supportive of patients and a multidisciplinary team • Experience providing culturally competent, patient centered care, including telehealth • Ability to provide engaging and effective clinical training and mentorship for clinical and non-clinical teams • Strong computer skills & competence with telemedicine tools & EMR documentation • Tolerance or appetite for change and some degree of ambiguity that comes with working in a startup environment
