We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team, providing routine check-ups, vaccinations, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
Job SummaryEnsure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting boards.Perform physicals, mental status, and medical history examinations; record findings subsequently reviewed and countersigned by supervising physician.Synthesize data and utilize evidence to develop, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care, including ordering and interpreting laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic studies/results.RequirementsCurrent DEA licensureCurrent BLS, PALS, and ACLSM.D. or D.O. trainedExperience in UC, ER, FP, IM preferredCurrent Registration with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, or the ability to become registered before the start date (Only applicable to physician assistants).Authorized to work in the USAExcellent communication skills. Excellent computer skills and must be able to efficiently enter data into an Electronic Medical Records system.Good organizational and time management skillsGood judgment, dependability, and integrityProfessional appearance and demeanorExperience:Two to three years of relevant clinical family practice/internal medicine experience required.
