Position Overview:
A well-established multispecialty group in the Oxnard/Ventura area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or interest in Urology to join their collegiate medical staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about urologic health to make a meaningful impact on patients in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive urologic care to patients in collaboration with the medical team.
Perform initial patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute follow-up care.
Assist in surgical procedures as needed, with preference given to candidates with surgical experience.
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, preventive measures, and post-operative care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or strong interest in urology, gynecology, or surgical subspecialties.
Willingness to commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
Prior surgical experience preferred for Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
Physician Assistants (PAs) are preferred, but NPs with relevant surgical experience will also be considered.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation and Benefits:
Generous salary range: $61.27 per hour to $96.74 per hour.
