Schedule - Shift - Hours Full Time - Day Shift A unique hybrid position, providing the opportunity to practice part-time or full-time in a community-based setting while also participating in the dynamic pace of tertiary care at Maine Medical Center, located in Portland. Options include ambulatory-only with limited inpatient consultation and no nights, weekends, or call coverage responsibilities. Opportunities for leadership roles in education and research are available for the appropriate applicant. Selected candidates will join a team of over 50 cardiologists who provide inpatient, outpatient and consultative services. A growing practice with office locations in Augusta, Waterville, Lewiston, Rockport, and Scarborough, and a nationally recognized inpatient cardiovascular service line at Maine Medical Center which serves as the hub for the extended MaineHealth network. Provides patients across the state with the highest quality cardiac care, working closely with other regional hospitals to build a coordinated network of cardiology services.
