Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to practice in Perham, Minnesota.
Perham Health includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, 98-bed skilled nursing, assisted living facility, and three clinics.
Practitioners enjoy a shared practice concept and consist of 11 Family Medicine physicians, 13 APPs, 1 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner, 1 Psychologist, and 2 Surgeons; specialty outreach is provided by Detroit Lakes and Fargo providers.
The APP works as a second provider evenings and weekends.
Approx.
6,500 ED visits annually.
Full lab and radiology on-site, plus advanced life support EMS that works in the field available to support the ED as needed.
12 or 24-hour shifts, averaging 36-48 hours per week.
ER coverage is provided by a full-time physician.
Compensation Package: Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $329,703 - $426,674.
