JOB DESCRIPTION: 57 ED (Emergency Department) Beds Closed ICU Required Procedures - Intubation, Central Lines, ACLS EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Charting/dictation - EPIC Trauma Designation - Level 3 (New York) Subspecialty Backup - Trauma/ Neurosurgery, Cardio, GI, PEDs SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS NY License DEA ATLS, ACLS, PALS, Covid Vaccine, Flu, TB Record, Physical and Titers AS A REMINDER: All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV EPA (Envision Pre-Application) (Please use the attached EPA.
