Job Description The Medical Director will be one of the lead executives in support of the Company's clinical operations in its market. The MD will guide the Practice's clinicians to provide safe, effective medical services in SNF, LTC, ALF, and AIR settings. The MD will provide ongoing clinical education to clinicians and keep current medical staff up-to-date on changing health regulations.

Areas of Oversight and Leadership Clinical Guidance and Oversight: Offer clinical guidance to physicians and APPs, innovate policy changes, ensure compliance, initiate quality improvement programs, evaluate quality of services, and coordinate community relationships. Represent and Market the Practice: Represent the Practice in meetings and negotiations with facility and hospital administrators, and present performance metrics to demonstrate and market the Practice.Leadership: Serve as a committed partner to the Practice's administration and staff to support strategic and operational plans. Establish positive relationships with other Providers, administration, staff, and the community. Foster collaborative efforts toward improvement. Optimize relationships with the medical staff members, payors, and peers.Management: Manage and direct the overall, day to day clinical operations, short and long range direction and administration of clinical improvement projects. Manage the Partnership relationships with physicians and health care organizations. Coordinate and attend all Leadership and Team Meetings. Interact with all business and community entities to promote services and expand market share in a highly competitive market and industry.Staff Development and Compliance: Work with the Leadership Team to provide opportunities for clinical growth, development, and continued education. Oversee regulatory compliance.Market Development: Direct, maintain and build referral sources, expansion, scalability, and growth. Increase physician referrals, case volume, profitability and market share. Data Analysis: Interpret and evaluate, interrelated research data, then develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-makingClinical Quality Review: Manage and oversee the internal quality review program for the Practice to ensure compliance with Practice protocols and best practices. Qualifications: Advanced degree at the graduate level in a Healthcare Management or related field is preferred. Clinical Licensure and experience a bonus.Five (5) years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years must have been in program development and supervision.Demonstrated leadership, administrative, clinical program, and community development experience is preferred.
