Facility Physical Environment: 25-bed inpatient mental health facility in Central/North Central Vermont.
Job Responsibilities: Provide history and physical assessments on the next business day to incoming patients.Provide physical healthcare patient consultations and follow-up as requested by psychiatry staff.Develop and implement patient wellness programming with staff.Attend administrative and educational medical and hospital staff meetings as determined by the Executive Medical Officer.Job Requirements: Possess a degree from an Accredited School of Medicine.Board Certified by the applicable American Specialty Board.Shall hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Vermont or be eligible for Vermont licensure.Shall hold unrestricted clinical privileges pertaining to the provision of care to inpatient psychiatric patients at the facility.About the Company: The Columbus Organization is a team committed to your professional success.
