The Mather VA is seeking a full-time board-certified or board eligible comprehensive otolaryngologist. The VA is an integrated system, which allows you to care for veterans without the burden of overhead or billing. The position includes the opportunity to perform a full range of clinic procedures and have dedicated OR time. A successful candidate is also expected to teach and train ENT residents.
The VA provides excellent work-life balance with a full-time position of 4 days per week and no overnight call requirement. A competitive benefits package is also available.

Salary Range: $313,000-$351,000 plus incentives! Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment) EDRP Authorized: Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply for incentive.
Work Schedule: Tour is variable; 4 10-hour shifts per week for full-time.
Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases.
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays, and possible 5-day paid absence for CME).
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA.
Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement).
Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory.
CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification).

Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restrictions on moonlighting.
