Job Description: Education Qualifications: Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Internal MedicinePRACTICE SPECIFICS Join another internist and 6 FP Physicians in a beautiful Lakefront community of 10,000.Primarily an office-based practice in space connected to the hospital.Option to follow and treat patients that are admitted to the hospital or elect to have them treated by a Hospitalist and referred back to you post-discharge.Anticipated weekly work schedule: 8-5, M-F plus call rotation. Back-up call (by phone only) filtered by ARNP or PA.Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 15-22/dayProvide IM support to Hospitalist covering an 8-bed ICU and 16-bed M/S unit in the only Hospital in the County.Average daily census of unit: ICU = 4; MSP = 15REQUIREMENTS BC/BE in Internal MedicineLOCATION Centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Area on scenic Detroit Lake.1 hour from Fargo (international airport/shopping) and 3 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.Detroit Lakes population: 10,000Excellent school system and reasonable home costs.Abundant family outdoor recreational activities year-round.NHSC Loan Repayment SiteFor further information, contact: Eric Bain, Physician Recruiter Email: ******
