Job Duties: Diagnose and provide nonsurgical treatment of diseases and injuries of internal organ systems.Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/or referral.Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and patients' families concerning treatment and care of patients.Refer cases that require specialist services while maintaining responsibility for continuity of care.Perform various administrative duties and participate in committees.Maintain patient records according to hospital policies and procedures.Provide appropriate and timely education for Medical Staff and hospital staff.Employer: Lafayette Health Ventures, Inc.
