Practice DescriptionFairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Cottage Grove.
Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age, socioeconomic status and culture.
Practice Details:
7 provider primary care practice which includes 4 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners.Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.Call Frequency: 1:3 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triageFully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)Income Details:
