The leader will collaborate with advance practice providers and build a collaborative team.
QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceExperience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferredActive/unrestricted medical license and DEAEMR experienceActive CPR CertificationCompleted an accredited residency programABMS or AOA board certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceExperience caring for patients in their home setting Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
