Work Dates Needed: TBD. 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Preferred Schedule: M-F, 8 to 10 hour shifts. 8am - 4:30pm, may vary depending on requirements of the dept. 1 FT and 1 PT position Worksite Setting: Phoenix Indian Medical Center 4212 N 16th St Phoenix, AZ 85016 Scope of Work: Provide onsite surgical coverage on a rotating basis. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC or BE by American Board of Pathology, Any state license, completed residency (Anatomic or Clinical Pathology), BLS and ACLS EMR: EHR Pay: $185/hr
