Overview WakeMed Physician Practices is a multi-specialty group with nearly 500 physicians in a variety of specialty areas.

We are currently seeking physicians with an interest and fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology to join our WakeMed Children's Pediatric Specialists group in Raleigh, NC.
The team currently consists of 5 Pediatric Endocrinologists, as well as APP and Nurse support.
We offer comprehensive neurological care for children including outpatient consultation and subspecialty follow-up.
Additionally, we offer consultative care at WakeMed Children's Hospital, a busy community hospital with a multitude of children's services including emergency, inpatient, PICU, NICU, and rehabilitation care.
The WakeMed Physician is responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients cared for by their division.
The Physician may be responsible for providing teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APPs within their division.
The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice.
Physician reports directly to the Director of their assigned division and understands and supports the mission values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices and WakeMed.
