Job Description - Physician - Primary Care - Lake County (240008KZ) Looking for you to join our hospital-employed Family Medicine Group. Currently, 3 different practices are adding physicians.
Responsibilities:Office hours M - F, Some Saturdays - Morning onlySee 20 - 25 patients a dayPCMH Certified PracticeOutpatient Only -- Hospitalists provide inpatient care coverageYou will be supported in the practice by a MA and LPNCall coverage shared Weekends and WeekdayswRVU Compensation Package with bonus potential first yearQualifications:BC/BE in Family Medicine and Active Ohio License.
