Dates of Coverage: ASAP until we hire a full timer
Schedule: M-F 7a-4p, 3 weeknights per week 4p-7a, Sat/Sun 7a-7a call
Reason for Coverage: Gaps while we recruit a full time surgeon

Annual ER Volume: 80K
Percentage of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital: 35%
Total Number of Beds: 617
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Description of OR Staff: Full compliment
Patient Age Demographic: Primarily Adult/Geri but occasionally child/adolescent
Provider Must be Local - Only Mileage is Reimbursed

Trauma Cases ADULT

BLUNT Trauma Cases
Chest Tube Insertion
Laparoscopic Procedures Required:
Appendectomy
Cholecystectomy
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-40 days to start if all licensure is active and good standing
