Your Purpose in this Role We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various welding tasks with precision and efficiency.
You will work with a variety of materials, interpret blueprints, and utilize carious welding techniques to produce high-quality products.
Pay $28 - $35 - Pay Rate Determined Upon Interview and Experience.
Your Duties and Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and quality welds.
Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting and shaping components.
Ensure proper fit and alignment of welded parts, making adjustments as necessary.
Identify and repair any defects or imperfections in the welding process.
Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve project deadlines.
Qualifications Proficient in various welding techniques.
Strong attention to detail and precision work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3-4 Years of Welding Experience.
Will need to clear a background check as this job requires work to be performed on government job sites that need clearance.
Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, etc.
