A Brief OverviewReports to an Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or Senior Vice President. The team member performs basic discipline assignments under close supervision and serves as a team member on small projects or a selected segment of a large project.
What you will doGENERAL: Performs basic discipline assignments under close supervisionUndertakes a variety of assignmentsServes as a team member on a small project or a selected segment of a large projectAssists team leader in preparing products, reports, graphics, drawings, and/or presentationsProvides support to project team in all phases of the facility development and implementation processConducts project analysis and research under the supervision of the team leaderProduces accurate work as part of coordination project teamDevelops presentation materials and graphics, with supervision, for client meetings, deliverables, and marketing effortsPerforms other duties and projects as assignedPLANNING: Supports the project teamOral communication and interpersonal skills to present research findings to various project stakeholdersCreative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve less well-defined practical problemsGroup facilitation skills for use with stakeholder workshopsDemonstrates well-developed knowledge of planning principles and practicesDemonstrates knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of research and data collectionQualificationsMaster's Degree and 2 years or PreferredBachelor's Degree and 4 years professional experience in planning, criminal justice, or public administration. Preferred1-3 years planning, criminal justice, or government experience. Required1-3 years with BA/BS Required4-6 years or more years of Construction Project Experience without BA/BS PreferredRequires a detail oriented, self-starter, who takes initiative, able to prioritize, and multi-task in busy environment.
