What you will do: Control equipment to adjust chemical changes and reactions during the production process.Review formulation orders for accuracy both when receiving and after they've been completed.Ensure that products produced meet company's quality and production standards based on scheduled demands.Monitor production blenders to ensure batches run efficiently and in a timely manner.Produce batches of fertilizer in a mixing blender.Add various materials to batches, sometimes hazardous.Operate and clean equipment in production process including pumps, liquid separator, blender, centrifuge, etc.Open and close multiple valves daily.Operate load out pumps.Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.What you will bring: High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.1+ year(s) forklift experience preferred.Ready to make an impact with us?
