Accordingly, you will be responsible for product movement,monitoring and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards.You will be involved in proposing continuous improvement initiatives andopportunities for the business to excel, and for you to feel proud of yourdaily accomplishments.The key areas of focus include:Assisting with 5S and Safety tasks associated with good manufacturing practicesManufacturing of Extruded tubingManufacture of Liquid Silicone Rubber Moulded (LSR) partsCollecting and recording relevant process dataAssisting engineering with validation and experimental activitiesIdentifying opportunities for improvement throughout the manufacturing process and working with team members to recommend and implement solutionsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong Mechanical BackgroundUnderstanding of Machinery and their functionsBe organised, methodical, resilient and approachable with strong communication skills.Be delivery focused with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.Can effectively and appropriately challenge others.Can use personal initiative to work collaboratively as one team with a "can do" approach.Experience in extrusion/Moulding techniques desired but not necessary.Troubleshoots, repairs and conducts maintenance on equipment.Awareness of cGMP requirements.Experience of working in a cleanroom environment desired but notnecessaryAs a growing and ambitious organization with a presence in over 60 global locations and across multiple markets, we can offer you the working environment and support needed to be successful.
